Dr Rafael Neiman is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon practicing in the Sacramento Valley since 2001. Dr. Neiman specializes in Orthopedic Trauma, Post-Traumatic Reconstruction, and Adult Hip Disease, including Hip Arthritis and Direct Anterior Total Hip Replacement. His practice is primarily hospital-based, at Sutter Roseville Medical Center, with a small private practice in Carmichael, CA with his Trauma partners in Orthopedic Trauma Surgeons of Northern California. Along with his practice of medicine, Dr Neiman co-manages the Acute Care Orthopedic Service at Sutter Roseville and helps direct the education of a yearly Orthopedic Traumatology fellow.
